SYSLINK:IPU-PM: Disable Ducati self-hibernation by defaultL24.10-pre-rls
This patch disables the SysLink DUCATI POWER MANAGEMENT option in
menuconfig by default. This way Ducati-self hibernation is disabled
by default.
