Pull perf/core improvements and fixes from Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo:

User visible fixes:

 - Fallback to kallsyms when using the minimal 'ELF' loader (Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo)

 - Fix annotation with kcore (Adrian Hunter)

 - Fix up srcline histogram key formatting (Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo)
